Ingredients

  • 3deep fried fish (200grams)
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2tablespoonful of cooking oil
  • 1tablespoonful of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients by chopping the tomatoes and onions to small pieces

  2. 2

    Put the cooking pan on the cooker and place the cooking oil and heat it for about 1 minute

  3. 3

    Start with frying the onions to brown them should take 2 minutes maximum

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes,steam for a minute then stir to tenderise and get a smooth paste of tomatoes and onions should take a maximum of 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Break the deep fried fish into smaller segments, break thrice across its length then add to cooking pan. Arrange the segments in a way to make sure its larger surface is exposed to the smooth paste

  6. 6

    Leave to cook for 10 minutes while stirring to distribute the ingredients evenly use moderate heat

  7. 7

    Serve the meal and enjoy its deliciousness
