Fry your onions in a sufuria, add crushed garlic once cooked desirably add 1 tomato chopped and a pinch of salt. Add the cut potatoes and stir well together.

Add your boiled githeri and a little water, cover and allow to cook.when almost cooked add the chopped corriander and let steam for about a minute. Stir well together.
