Ingredients

70minutes

  • 400 gspaghetti
  • 500 gliver chopped and boiled
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1small onion
  • 2 tbssalt
  • 100 mlcooking oil
  • 2carrots

Steps

70minutes
  1. 1

    Boil 500ml water and then add the spaghetti and 10ml cooking oil and 1/2tsp salt

  2. 2

    The spaghetti will cook for 10minutes or more then turn off the heat and drain the water then cover.

  3. 3

    Dice the ingredients then place the onions in the sufuria containing the boiled liver and 40ml cooking oil stir for 2minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and stir then cover for 2 minutes as the tomatoes soften. Crash the tomatoes then add 1/2tsp salt and a little water as you stir.

  5. 5

    Let it cook for 3minutes then turn off the heat and serve.
