Ingredients

8 servings
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 tsalt
  • 1/8 tpepper
  • 1 tcornstarch
  • 1 Tsoy sauce
  • ginger
  • 3green onions
  • 1green peppers
  • 1/2 cbamboo shoots
  • Seasoning sauce:
  • 1 Trice vinegar
  • 2 Tsoy sauce
  • 1 Trice wine
  • 1/2 tsalt
  • 1 tsugar
  • 1/2 tcornstarch
  • 1/3 ccrisp almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice chicken. Marinade 30 mins. Stir fry almonds. Drain on paper towel. Cook chicken and put in bowl. Stir fry veggies. Add seasoning sauce. Add chicken back in. Add almonds. Serve with rice.
