  3. 20-25green cardamom
  4. 4tsp.milk powder
  5. 1 tspchopped dryfruits
  6. 1n 1/2 cup water
  7. 1 tspghee
  8. oil for frying
  9. 1 bowlmilk

  1. 1

    Leftover roti ko tave pr thoda garam kr lenge or low flame per thoda hard kr lenge roti ko.

    Ab mixter jar m roti ke pices krke grind kr lenge.

  3. 3

    Ek pan me sugar, water add kr syrup banayenge,sath hi cardamom ke seeds nikal kr uske cover bhi syrup m add kr denge.or 1/2 tsp cardamom powder bhi.ek taar ki syrup bna lenge.

    Roti ke mixture ko ek mixing bowl me nikal le,sath hi isme milk powder or thoda thoda milk add kr ek soft dough ready kre.

  5. 5

    Dough ko ache se chikna krle,or iski goli banaye,hath m oil lagakr isko shape denge,sath hi ander dryfruit ki filling krenge.

  6. 6

    Isko mene thoda round ki jgh long shape di hai, sbhi bna le, or deep fry kre.

  7. 7

    Fry kiye hue gulabjamun ko syrup me dip kre..
