Clean your Omena and put it to boil for 10 to 15 minutes

Dry fry the omena for about 2 minutes

In another pan, fry your onion, add your garlic and ginger and tomato. Allow them to cook fully. Once cooked add in your omena and fry for about 3 minutes.

Enjoy with Ugali and garnish with raw tomato.
