Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

Wash the corn husk

Remove the corn from the cobb.

Take the chicken cut into strips coat each piece.

Wrap the chicken, yellow pepper, and corn in corn husk. Tie them up on each end using some of the corn husk.

Set on a baking sheet and bake till done. For around 40-45 minutes.

Serve with a wedge of lime.
