Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgfresh tomatoes diced
  2. 1 kgmushroom diced
  3. 1bulb onion diced
  4. 1yellow bell pepper diced in chuck
  5. 1/2 kgchicken
  6. 1green bell pepper diced in chuck
  7. 4fresh pepper diced
  8. 1red bell pepper
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 3knorr cube
  11. 1 clovegarlic crushed
  12. 1cksp veg oil

  1. 1

    Wash and per boil chicken spice to taste and cook till its tender, turn off heat and set aside; clean and wash mushroom and set them aside

  2. 2

    Heat up pot, add vegetable oil once it hot add onions, garlic and stir for about 2 minutes, add tomates and pepper, allow it fry for about 8 minutes or more

  3. 3

    Add chicken and mushroom to the sauce, add salt, knorr cube stir and let it cook for another 8 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the diced green, red and yellow bell pepper and stir and turn off heat as you want the bell pepper and much mushroom to be crunchy.

  5. 5

    Enjoy sauce with pasta, white rice and boiled yam.
