Ingredients

10 minutes
2-3 portions
  • 150 grthin poha
  • 300-400 mlwater/chicken stock
  • 1 tspsalt
  • stickfried dough

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse the thin poha under running water.

  2. 2

    In a pot, put the rinsed poha and water/chicken stock.

  3. 3

    Boil the poha until well cooked. Thick or thin consistency.

  4. 4

    Season the poha congee with salt.

  5. 5

    Serve the congee with fried dough stick. Recipe of fried dough stick in my cookpad as well.
