2 servings

2tomatoes
2fresh garlic chives
2spigs of parsley
5fresh lime basil
2fresh shallot spigs
pinchrock salt & black pepper
drizzle of a nice olive oil I used chilli olive oil

Steps

Chop tomatoes roughly. Put into a bowl

Dice parsley, chives, lime basil, add to tomatoes
3

Chop shallots add to tomatoes
4

Add salt & pepper little oil an toss. Put in fridge for 10 to 15.

Serve as side dish or add to salad. Enjoy the flavors
