Steps

Remove the first few coverings from the maize. Leave a few just to prevent the maize from burning.

Add water to the level of maize. Add salt and cover with a polythene bag preferably black polythene bag.

Then cover with another sufuria cover.

Cook for about 35 minutes until soft.

Then remove the left over covers and serve.
