Steps

Peel the unripe plantain and cut to shape and size of choice

Add a pinch of salt and sugar to plantain

Put ground oil in a pan it pot and put on fire and allow to be hot

Take some plantain from the cut one and put in oil and allow to fry
- 5
Turn plantain on fire to make sure both sides are all fried and brown, then serve and eat.
