Ingredients

  1. 6 Slicesthick bacon
  2. 3 clovesgarlic
  3. 2small onion
  4. 16 ozspaghetti or fettuccini
  5. 1/4 cupheavy cream
  6. 3eggs
  7. 4 cupswater
  8. 8 ozparm cheese
  9. 1/2 cupfrozen peas

Cooking Instructions

    Place your IP on saute.

    Chop bacon into little pieces and cook in the IP until golden brown.

    Remove bacon from the IP and set aside

  4. 4

    Chop garlic and onion.

  5. 5

    Place in IP and cook in the bacon grease for an additional one minute until garlic and onion soften.

    Place uncooked past, water and peas into IP.

  7. 7

    Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

  8. 8

    Meanwhile, whisk together half the cheese and 3 eggs.

  9. 9

    Quick release IP.

  10. 10

    Stir in egg mixture and heavy cream.

  11. 11

    Continue to stir until pasta is well coated.

  12. 12

    Top with the rest of the cheese and bacon.
