Cut mutton into pieces

Place the mutton in a pan and add the water and cover.

Chop onions and crush the garlic

On low heat place oil in a cooking pan and add the garlic and onions. Fry till golden brown

Add the mutton and stir and cover

Serve hot when ready with ugali and some kachumbari
