Ingredients

  1. 300 gramscooked white rice (at room temperature)
  2. 100 gramssalted fish fried, shredded/torn rough
  3. 1egg, beaten off and fry while in scrambled
  4. 1leek/leaf chives, cut askew
  5. 5cayenne peppers (to taste), thinly sliced
  6. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  7. 1small onion, chopped
  8. 1 1/2 tspsoy sauce
  9. 1 tspsesame oil
  10. to tasteSalt and pepper
  11. Chicken flavoring (optional)
  12. Oil for frying

    Saute onion, garlic and cayenne pepper until fragrant.

    Add rice, salted fish and eggs. Stir until blended.
