Ingredients

  1. 3 eachEggs
  2. 3/4 cupHoney
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1 cupOil
  5. 1 tspBaking soda
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 1 tspCinnamon
  8. 2 tspElite Instant Coffee Powder
  9. 1 cupAlmond or Soy Milk
  10. 1 cupCoconut Flour
  11. 1 1/4 cupGlutinous Rice Flour
  12. 1/2 tspXanthum Gum

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together the eggs, honey, oil, and sugar until fluffy.

    Mix in almond/soy milk

  3. 3

    Add in remaining ingredients and then mix again.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 deg. at ~45 min or until toothpick comes out clean. (Recipe fills two loaf pans)

  5. 5

    Optional: when taking out the honey cake, drizzle honey over the top pf the cake for a more intense honey flavor and shine.

I assume this bakes at 350 F. oven. Also seems to be baked in a loaf pan. This recipe is incomplete.
