Dice the ingredients. place the onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

Add the tomatoes and cover. Crash the tomatoes completely Add water mixed with royco into the sufuria.

Add 2pinches of salt and cover for the broth to boil then add the fish.

After 5minutes turn off heat and serve.
