Ingredients

  • 3 piecesunripe plantain
  • 1/2 bottleGround oil
  • 1 pinchSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the unripe plantain and cut to shape and size of choice

  2. 2

    Put ground oil on fire and allow to heat

  3. 3

    Add a pinch of salt to plantain and mix

  4. 4

    Put some in hot oil and allow to fry

  5. 5

    Make sure both sides are brown

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy
