Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 2red bell peppers
  3. 4table spooms cream cheese
  4. 1/2 cansweet yellow corn
  5. 1/2 canblack beans
  6. 1 csalsa

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef in skillet. Drain.

  2. 2

    On low heat add corn, salsa, beans, and cream cream cheese and mix well.

  3. 3

    Place bell peppers in pirex and fill with mixture. Top with shredded cheese and cook in oven @350 for 20 mins
