The original idea was to make a my style briani rice... but I noticed that I was short of ingredients and also my love for greens spoke louder. While enjoying the meals with friends, we tryed to come up with a name, but we failed because all the names correspond to an existing recipe. So I decided to go for "half way briani rice"

Steps

Cook rice separetely with water and salt. Shop all vegetable and slice the chicken in small pieces

Fry onion and garlic until it turns brownish but not burnt.

Add the carrot and fry for 3 minutes, then add the spices, Coriander and turmeric and continue to fry for 2 minutes

Add your mince pork meat and the pieces of chicken and fry for 5 minutes, add aspáragos and the spring onion and fry for other 5 minutes.

Add pepper and rice. Stir very well let it seat for 5 minutes

Serve with salad and enjoy
