Boil 3 mugs of water.after boiling put some oil and salt to taste.use flour to prepare ugali,make it thick enough.This takes 10-15 minutes to cook.

Put the onion and some oil in a sufuria.cook as u stir until the onion turns golden brown,add tomatoes and don't stop stiring, add dania, tumeric,garlic,carrots and ginger one at a time as u stir.put some salt to taste then add the cabbage little by little as u stir.cover for it to cook but stir after after a short while for about 10minutes.put in a dish for it not to cool.

Repeat the above procedure upto where you add salt.put the meat and stir then cover for like 15 minutes.check it after every short while.put in a dish.

You can now serve your meal when hot.
