Ingredients

1 plate
  1. 3 slicesbread
  2. 2garlic
  3. 1 tbspunsalted butter
  4. 1 tbspdried oregano
  5. 1tomato (cut dice)
  6. 1/4avocado (sliced)
  7. 1egg (poached)
  8. Alfalfa
  9. Parmesan cheese
  10. Black pepper
  11. Olive oil

  1. 1

    Cut the bread

    A picture of step 1 of Avomato Bruschetta With Poached Egg And Alfalfa.
  2. 2

    Melt unsalted butter, mix with the grated garlic and spread on the top of the bread, sprinkle the dried oregano, then bake for 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Place cut tomato and avocado on top of the garlic bread. Next, put poached egg on it, last is alfalfa.

  4. 4

    Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper.
