Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 6Bananas
  • 200 gVegan margarine or coconut oil
  • 100 gSugar (or other sweetener, like agava sirup)
  • Powder sugar
  • Vegan sauce (chocolate)
  • Vegan Ice Cream (optional, see my other receipt)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut bananas in 4 or more pieces

  2. 2

    Warm up margarine/oil in a pan, add sweetener, stir it.

  3. 3

    Fry bananas 1 minute on each side on hot oil/margarine.

  4. 4

    Remove excess of fat, serve with powder sugar, ice cream (optional), sauce
