This was me in kenya in this very big Kitchen with 12 foodies and i decided to recreate my fritatta recipe; i had cheese, milk and cooking cream at my disposal; i decided to try it out another way and girl it was LIT......

Peel Irish potatoes and slice in desired shape I went for round, once you done, wash and toss in a little salt and toss the whole potatoes together and set to drain the remaining water

Preheat oven 220degree and grease the baking pan

Heat up a frying pan and add vegetable oil, once oil is hot start frying your potatoes and drain in a paper towel

Break eggs in a different bowl, add cooking cream and milk then whisk everything together; add little salt, pour in the diced yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper, chilli, red bell pepper, spring onions and onions, whisk everything together and set aside

Add the fried potatoes into the whisked egg mixture and mix in together; pour into the grease baking dish, add shredded mozarilla and permasan cheese and bake for 20mins tops

Serve once you are done
