Mixes all dry ingredients in a bowl. After mixing open a small hole the ingredients and pour water mixes the dough by hand. Please make sure that the dough is not watery, you will feel it with your hand that is stiff. Once the mixing is done please cover the bowl and live it in warm place to raise for about 30 minutes. Once it has raised again kneel the dough again and cover while you preparing the pot on the stove and pour your cooking oil. Once is hot dry until they are golden brown.

The Amagwinya are best serve with Tea, coffee and any cold meats if you have any at your disposal.
