Cooking Instructions

Boil the potatoes for 35 minutes and add a little salt.

In another pot, boil the tomatillos and chiles for about 15 minutes.

Once cooked, blend the tomatillos, chiles, cilantro, garlic, and onion.

When the sauce is formed, add the sesame seeds and continue blending the mixture.

In another pot, add oil. Then add the sauce and a little salt. If it's too thick, add water and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Once cooked, peel the potatoes and chop them.

In a skillet, fry the potatoes. Add a little salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Chop the onion and lettuce.

Heat the tortillas.

Dip the tortillas in the sauce and add the potatoes.

Fold the tortilla and top with lettuce, onion, and a little avocado.

If you like, you can add your preferred vegan cream or cheese.
