This is my son's favorite noodles so decided to learn to make them! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 16 ozflour sticks pancit canton noodles
  2. 1/2 lbpork belly cut into strips
  3. 1/2 cupmedium size shrimp
  4. 5 clovesgarlic
  5. 1medium onion
  6. 1/2Chinese sausage
  7. 1medium carrot
  8. 1/2 cupparsley
  9. 1 1/2 cupcabbage
  10. 4 cupspork broth or 4 cups of water with 1 pork cube
  11. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  12. 1/2 tbspfish sauce
  13. 3-4 tbspsoy sauce
  14. 3 tbspolive oil
  15. Salt and pepper to your taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a wok put one tbsp olive oil, cabbage and carrots and cook for 3 minutes and set aside

    In a separate wok heat rest of oil and sauté garlic and onion

  3. 3

    Add pork strips and cook until tender

  4. 4

    Add fish sauce, Chinese sausage, and soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add shrimp, parsley and oyster sauce and cook for 3 more minutes

  6. 6

    Add pork broth or water and pork cube and let it simmer for a few minutes then add noodles

  7. 7

    Cook until noodles are tender and some of the soup is absorbed

  8. 8

    Add the vegetables you set aside and tossed it with the noodles

  9. 9

    Add salt and pepper for taste as necessary

  10. 10

    Transfer to a serving plate and add desired calamansi or lemon and enjoy!
