In a round bowl place 1.5kg flour add the baking powder cinnamon 1/2of the sugar and mix

Add the eggs and milk and blueband.start kneading as you add water.

Use a knife to cut into square shapes as you place the cooking oil in a pan for it to boil.

Start placing the dough in the pan the mandazi cooks turn so that they can cook on both sides

Continue until all the mandazis are ready then turn off the heat.
