I was chosen to review Fujikko's Tanba Kuromame black beans. The beans are really plump, delicious, and big beans.I made this dessert as something that could be enjoyed by old and young people alike. The skins are very simple to make, and the cream can be made with a hand mixer and a microwave so everything is very easy.To make the most of the natural sweetness of the black beans this cream isn't too sweet and it's made a little bitter on purpose. If you roll all of the ingredients up in a chewy skin you get just the right level of sweetness I think. Please adjust the cooking time according to your microwave. Recipe by miyuki12
