Steps

Heat oil in the sufuria for one minute then and in the onions and cook until soft. Then add in the pounded ginger and garlic and fry until a sweet aroma is produced

Then add in the chopped tomatoes and continue cooking until soft.

Then add 1 tsp of royco and cook for 3 minutes while stirring then add in water and put to boil.

When the water is boiling add the cut fish and put to boil for 5 minutes

Then add in salt to taste.
