Ingredients

25-30 minutes
1 pie
  • 1 1/2 C.sugar
  • 1 1/2 C.flaked coconut
  • 1 1/2 C.Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 C.chopped pecans
  • 7egg whites, unbeaten
  • 9 inchunbaked pie shell
  • Sliced bananas
  • Whipped topping

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Instructions In large bowl combine first five ingredients. Mix well by hand. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 325° oven for 25 to 30 minutes….Do not over bake. Center should be gooey. Serve topped with sliced bananas & whipped cream.
