Grease loaf tins and dust with bread crumbs

Great onion, chop coriander and beat eggs

Mix beef, onion, coriander, ginger, stock and seasonings well

Press the mixture into the loaf tin

Lat the bacon strips across the top

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c for 1 -1 and 1/2 hours

Present for service.can be served with a mushroom sauce
