  • 1medium onion
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4teaspn royco

    Beat eggs and put in a bowl, add salt and royco stir very well.

  2. 2

    Chop onions. Heat cooking oil in a pan and add onions.

  3. 3

    Add beaten eggs and leave it to cook both sides.

    Serve with bread and tea.
