Cooking Instructions

Shred the white and red cabbage in to julliens, cure with vinegar to kill the bad smell after shredding

Shred the carrots n mix in the cabbage

Mix the vegetables well to acquire a balanced colour

Add salt n mix....
- 5
Add the mayo n make sure it covers the veges generously...mix them well and then add the sugar n plack pepper and mix again

Put it in the fridge or chiller 10 mins

Best served when cold
