Ingredients

  • 150 grChicken Slices (thigh/breast)
  • 1 tbspChopped Garlic
  • 1 handfulHot Basil Leaves / Kraprow/ Holy Basil
  • 7 pcs.Fresh Chili (Red/Green), smash
  • 1 tbspVegetable Oil
  • 1 tspFish Sauce
  • 1 tspWhite Soy Sauce
  • 2-3 dropMaggi Sauce
  • 1 tbspOyster Sauce
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1/2 tspBlack Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbspWater/Chicken Stock

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Put vegetable oil in pan, add garlic and chili. Stir until scent.

  2. 2

    Add chicken and stir well.

  3. 3

    Seasoning with white soy sauce, maggi sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and black soy sauce. Stir until chicken is cooked.

    Put hot basil leaves and fast cook. Take to plate.

  5. 5

    Tip : Taste is spicy, salty, little sweet and strong flavor of basil. Better eat with steamed jasmine rice and fried egg. In thai way, we always serve with sauce called Nam Pla Prik (Ingredient : fish sauce/chili/lime juice/little sugar). You can change meat to pork, beef, seafood, roasted duck, lamb and etc. If you like hot and spicy, just add more red chili.
