Sock the honey beans in water for 20mintues

Remove the corns from the cobs and set aside

Wash the tomatoes, yellow pepper and one Onion blend all together with a little water

Wash the spinach and shreds them

Dice the other Onion and set aside

Blend your crayfish and set aside as well

Put your pot on heat and add enough water allow it to get hot

Add the honey beans inside the pot with the corn

Add the blended Onion, tomatoes and yellow pepper reserving a little aside

Cover and allow it to get soft

On a sperate pot add 3tablespoon of red oil allow it to heat up a little then add the chopped onion and a little of the blended pepper then add the spinach and turn it then remove from heat just 2minutes

Add sea salt and crash fish to the beans and corn sir it and remove from heat

Put a pot and red oil and bleach a little add the blended pepper and fry them for 5minutes and pure it inside the beans and stir them
