Chawal ko acche se saaf kar k 2 bar dho lenge aur 30 min k liye bheega k rakh denge.

Ek kadai me ghee garam karenge jab ghee garam ho jaye to jeera,laung,daalchini aur ilaichi daal denge.

Phir kaju aur kismis dal k fry kar lenge.

Ab paani hata k chawal ko kadai me daal denge aur 2-3 min fry karenge.

Ab jis cup se ap chawal liye h usi cup se chawal ka double paani daal denge (4 cup).

Kadai ko cover kar denge aur ek ubal aane tak high flame pe rakhenge.uske bad medium flame pe 10min tak pakayenge.

Ab check karenge agar chawal 80% tak ho gya hoga to gas off kar denge aur chawal ko waise hi cover 5 min rhne denge.
