  1. goat meat
  2. 3 spoonfulvegetable oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoonginger and garlic
  4. cubeseasoning
  5. 2medium size onion
  6. green and red bell pepper

    Wash the meat and take out the large bones if any,

  2. 2

    Place the meat and Marinate with the stock, ginger&garlic,suya spice and a little oil.cover the meat and Leave in a cool place/fridge to soak in marinade for 1hour that is optional

  3. 3

    Grind or chop the peppers coarsely(dont blend it to paste)set aside chop the onions and set aside preheat the oven/griller until hot

  4. 4

    Place the meat on the hot griller/oven and roast One Direction turn over and do the same for the other side until the meat is properly cooked

  5. 5

    Pour 2 spoonful of vegetable oil add the blended pepper, chopped onions and meat pieces and stir fry for about 3mins add a pinch of salt and seasoning cube to taste

  6. 6

    Your spicy asun is ready. Serve with a very chilled drink Preferlably alcohol
