1table spoonful of salt
1table spoonful of cooking oil
2tomatoes
1onion

Chop onions and tomatoes

Add the onions and tomatoes to the the oil in the sufuria

Allow the tomato and onion to ripen for about 1 minute.

Add the chopped carrots to the mixture of tomato and onion and allow it to cook for 10-15 minutes then add salt
5

Serve the food
