Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2 kgChicken back
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 2large white bulb onions
  • to tastesalt
  • Chilli
  • 1 bunchcorriander
  • 2 cupswater
  • Tomato Puree
  • 1 cuprice
  • 2table spoons butter
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • Cooking oil

    Pre heat the oven and grill the chicken for 5 minutes.

    Fry your onion and put your chicken add your salt and tomatoes, cover for 5 minutes for the tomatoes to cook. Add tomato puree and stir until it forms a gravy. Add your chilli and continue stirring. Add water and cover for about 10 minutes. Add Coriander stir and remove and maintain flavour of coriander.

    Clean your rice well. Boil 2 cups of water, add a pinch of salt to taste and butter. Add your rice cook for 15 minutes and set aside.

    Boil water in a sufuria, place a hard plastic bowl with steam outlets put your sliced spinach for 2 minutes.

    Plate your food and enjoy while still hot. Bon appetit!
