To make dough First siewd flour with baking soda, sugar and salt. Later add ajwain.

Mix warm Milk (or make portion of half milk and half portion of water) with ghee. You can use butter as well.

Kneed dough till it become soft and firm. Keep it under damp cloth for 1/2 hr

Now make equal size of ball from dough and make chapati from it. Make 2 ready at once. Now on chapati place chocochips around 1/2 tsp at same distance. Atleast keep 2 cm distance between them.

Now place another chapati exactly upon it and press it around the chocochips to get it sealed. Now make bite size pieces of it using cutter or sharp knife. Keep atleast 1/2 cm distance between chocochip filling and cut line.

Heat oil and keep it on medium flame. Fry bites until it starts getting golden shade and crispy layer. Do not let it get brown.

Make sure you seal chocochips properly else it will burst open in oil while frying.

Let it get cool. And serve it as a snacks or as bites with ice cream.
