Ingredients

2 servings
  • 10 cmlong cucumber
  • 10 gdried wakame (sea vegetable)
  • 2 teaspoonssoy sauce
  • 1.5 Tablespoonsrice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 Tablespoonfish stock (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the wakame in plenty of cold water for 8-10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Slice cucumber thinly and mix with some salt. Leave for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and fish stock or water in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Squeeze wakame and cucumber and mix with above dressing.
