Mix flour, icing sugar, almond flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

Shave cold butter and mix with dry ingredients

Do not add gags or it will be hard

Put the butter in the backing tray. Level it with a small rolling pin or a small cup. Put in fridge to rest and get cold.

Cook approximately 1 kg of apple with a little sugar, a handful raisin and cinnamon. Add some lemon juice if too sweet. If too much juice in apple, add 1 table spoon of plain flour or Custer puder.
