Ingredients

15 minutes
3 ppl
  1. 3fresh zucchini flowers
  2. 4 tbscurd or cottage cheese
  3. 1 tbsfeta cheese
  4. cumin, red pepper powder, black pepper, dried oregano
  5. any dried spice mix that you have
  6. 1small zucchini
  7. 50 gmozarella cheese
  8. 3 tbsolive oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    We mix the curd or cottage cheese with the spices, dont make it too salty.

  2. 2

    We remove the inside of the flowers and we gently wash them and fill them with the curd mixture.

  3. 3

    We make 8 thin slices of the zucchini with a veggie peeler

  4. 4

    We lay down two zucchini slices in a cross shape and put a piece of mozzarella in the middle and we fold the slices to make a little package

  5. 5

    We lay the flowers and the zucchini packages on a metal foil or baking paper n sprinkle it with some olive oil and we bake it in the oven on 200 degrees celsius for approx 15 mins

Im creating an international fusion of all the cuisines of the world: there are no borders in mixing and matching flavours. I love all the cuisines of the world. I like to discover new spices and ideas.i never try to follow the "official" rules in cooking, but rather my main ingredient is my passion. When i imagine a dish, first i cook it in my head and i try to imagine how it will taste like. if the ingredients will be in harmony, how can i make it technically and what side dishes would match well. what i have learnt from south-east asian cuisines is, that fresh ingredients are unbeatable. in nutrition, taste, look and color, crispiness and moistness. my recent goal is to use as many fresh herbs and veggies as possible. there are only a few dishes that i dont like, few type of seafood and seaweed. any other ingredient is on my horizon if i plan to create something new,cooking is my art.
