Fried rice with some spice
Steps

Measure the rice if you are cooking for 4-5 people do 2 cups or 3 cups it's better to have more rice than less 👍🏿

Wash the rice and then place it in a sufuria cover the rice with water if you are doing 2 cups do 4cups of water and if 3 cups do 6 cups of water

Place the sufuria on a flame then wait for it to boil and the water to evaporate. Check to see if the rice is done if not add a little more water

After making your rice

Chop the onions and place them in a frying pan with some oil and then place the frying pan on a flame

Stir the onions till golden brown then dice tomatoe, add them to the frying pan

Dice the capsicum and carrots then add them to the frying pan together with the peas

Stir the mixture till its well mixed together

In the frying pan

Add the rice to the fried mixture the stir well to allow the rice to mix with the fried vegetables

Add spices to taste

Cook for 5-10minutes the server with a stew of your choice
