Wash your pineapple well and peel it well. Once peeled. Slice it into small pieces.

Wash your carrots well and grate them.

Peel your avocado and slice it into small pieces.

Mix your pineapple, carrots and avocado in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt.

Enjoy with your pilau.
