Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2lemon juiced
  • 6 tbspsugar
  • 500 mlwater
  • 2 pinchsalt white or black
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 6-7Fresh Mint leaves
  • 4Lemon wedges
  • Ice Cubes handful

Steps

    Combine, water, sugar, lemon juice, salt, chaat masala and 2-3 mint leaves in a pitcher and sir still sugar dissolves.

    Strain the shikanji in a separate pitcher and let it rest for a while.

  3. 3

    Take serving glass and add handful of ice. Pour in the shikanji in the glass and add some fresh mint on top.

  4. 4

    Garnish with some lemon wedges and serve chilled.
