1/4 kgomena
1medium onion
3medium tomatoes
Salt
Cooking oil

Wash omena with warm water. Chop tomatoes and onions set aside

Take a pan and put omena, add cooking oil and onions fry then together for 10 minutes until turns brown.

Add salt and tomatoes mash and stir let it cook.

Serve with greens and ugali.
