Ingredients

For 3 hours
5 serving
  1. 4 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 spoondry active yeast
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. Halfcup of beans (grind into very fine, soft powdery texture)
  5. Warm water for kneading the dough
  6. Vegetable oil for deep frying

Steps

For 3 hours
  1. 1

    Procedure -sift flour, beans powder into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix yeast with half a cup of warm (you might need to add more so keep some warm water to close).

  3. 3

    Add a pinch of salt into the bowl of flour. Mix

  4. 4

    Now add yeast warm water into the bowl of flour and mix.

  5. 5

    Mix properly until you don't notice any visible crumbs.

  6. 6

    Allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
