Tuwon shinkafa and egussi soup (broken rice meal) with fruit

Take your rice, wash it thoroughly and soak it in cold water

Put 5-6 cups of water on fire and allow to boil

Drain cold water from rice and pour rice into hit water in fire and allow to Cook

Cook rice until it is very soft then mash rice into smaller pieces and mix well and allow water to drain

Bring down rice from fire and put in white transparent nylons and put in a food flask. Tuwon shinkafa is ready

Blend pepper and cut onion, put oil palm on fire and fry that pepper and onion for 3 seconds

Pour ground egussi in oil and fry for 30 seconds then add water to it about 2- 3 cups and allow to boil then stir

Add maggi, salt, curry powder with ginger and garlic powder to your taste and stir

Steam meat and pour into pot of cooking egussi and stir

Allow egussi to cook well then wash vegetable and pour into egussi and stir

Allow vegetable to steam for 4-5 minutes, then remove soup from fire. Egussi soup is ready.

Serve egussi soup with tuwon shinkafa and enjoy

Cut water melon and pineapple after washing and eat after eating tuwo so as to give u a balance diet and also to help digest food and for good nutrition.
